3. GENERAL OPERATIONS
1 Open the product's case,then read the USER MANUAL
carefully and check the accessories
2 To set up the collect trough on the rightside of SOLDER BATH
3 Input voltage:AC 220V+-10% 50HZ
Connect the protective grounding conductor of the power cord to earth ground,to avoid electrical shock.
4 Power on the SOLDER BATH and set the DIGITAL CONTROLER to working temperature(about 250C), furthermore,keep move solder one the HEATING UNIT ,to melt solder in the SOLDER BATH until the solder cover the HEATING UNIT completely. And then,to raise the solder to 80-90% depth of the SOLDER BATH.
(Working temperature setting consult soler provider)
CAUTION:Drop solder in SOLDER BATH directly will burn up the HEATING UNIT when the HEATING UNIT was not covered by solder.
5 When display panel shows temperature rise up to setting condition steady,scrap solder
oxide in collect trough by SCRAPER,and then can to solder PCB.TONG uses to dip PCB in solder.
4. SAFETY CAUTION
1 Connect the protective grounding conductor of the power cord to earth ground,to avoid elect-RICAL SHOC.

4 POWER OFF THE SOLER
5 DON'T SET WORKING TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH ,AVOID SOLDER OXIDE FAST.
6 TO RECYCLE THE SOLER OXIDE.
7 ONLY SERVICE PERSONNEL ARE ALLOWED TO ACCESS INTERNAL
